A friendly atmosphere prevailed, with staff eager to assist in heating bottles and ensuring our comfort during our stay with a newborn. The spotless room featured a modern bathroom, and breakfast included indulgent pastries, adding a nice touch. the room only had two power outlets, which made charging devices a challenge, and there was a minor issue with the hairdryer, though the staff seemed concerned upon reporting it.

Friendly staff made it better
Spent 4 nights in a double or twin room. The staff were super friendly and took our bags before check-in, which was really nice. The location was pretty handy too! But that one guy at the front desk? Man, he was just the absolute worst. Totally put a damper on things. Plus, a slight lack of dining options nearby was a bummer.

Comfy spot near the Overground
Spent a night with my family and was pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious, and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast was super tasty, with loads of options. The only bummer was the tricky door lock. Location was okay but the views were a letdown. it did the job!

Great value for a short stay
I had a comfortable stay with a cozy room that included a mini fridge and tea-making facilities, which was a nice touch. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of options like sausages, eggs, and fresh fruit. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk to the DLR station, making it easy to explore London. the outside noise was a bit distracting at times, especially when I opened the window.

i really enjoyed my stay at dockside hotel. the location is super convenient, just a min walk from shadwell dlr station. my single room was small but warm and clean, perfect for a solo traveler like me. breakfast was nice, with fresh fruit and cheeses. the staff were really friendly and welcoming, made me feel at home.
the room got a bit hot because the mini fridge puts out a lot of heat. also, it was kinda noisy outside when i opened the window.

The room felt cramped, and it got uncomfortably warm even with the heating off. I had to deal with a faulty door lock that sometimes wouldn't open, raising concerns about safety during emergencies. The shower drained slowly, causing an overflow risk, and I also noticed some stains and mould in the shower area. Breakfast had its challenges too—items like scrambled eggs and sausage were served cold, lacking a heat source, and the table settings weren't always clean, which was kind of off-putting.

Compact and cozy room with a mini fridge for snacks. Breakfast offered diverse selections, including fresh fruit and pastries, which hit the spot.
The room felt cramped, with barely any space to move around. Noisy environment from the nearby streets disrupted sleep, and the old bathroom had noticeable mold by the window. Limited ventilation and outdated furnishings contributed to a less-than-ideal atmosphere. On top of that, I had trouble with the hot water during the shower, which added to the discomfort.

Though the area felt a bit sketchy, the hotel exceeded expectations with its cleanliness and friendly staff. The breakfast had a decent spread, but some food items appeared less hygienic. All in all, it served its purpose well for a short stay.
